Are you offering full house moves? - We are a Professional Removal and Storage Company based in London, Offering complete moving services, including packing service (into boxes), unpacking service (flat surfaces), quality packing materials, storage, shipping, European removals and more.

What is the best way to get a quote from you? For Man & Van, we offer an hourly rate. For professional removal services, please email or WhatsApp us a video of your property, including the full address for both properties and information about access to the property, such as floor, lift, parking distance, parking restrictions, and number of bedrooms. Please open the cupboards before recording for a quotation with packing services (into boxes).

Do you offer premium removal services? Absolutely. Please get in touch with our team members for premium moving services.

Are you guys are Polish? -  Most of us are Eastern European, Polish, Lithuanian, Estonian, and Hungarian,

but we even have Aussie, Kiwi and British on board. We all are hard-working people regardless of nationality, religion or skin colour.

How do you protect furniture? Every vehicle has plenty of transit blankets to cover your furniture during the transport (free of charge)

Can you bring a trolley with you? Each van has an onboard trolley and skate to make your moving process smoother (free of charge)

Are you insured? Yes, we are fully insured.

​

Do you offer Furniture Wrapping Services? We do offer Furniture Wrapping Services. We use quality wrapping materials like Jiffy Furniguard.

Do you offer Shipping and Shipping packing? We can help ship to any world destination like Dubai, the USA, or Australia, including export packing and wrapping.

Do you have a storage facility in London? We are subcontracting a secure storage facility in Park Royal (North West London)

Are you available seven days a week? Yes, we do! Including bank holidays (except Christmas Day, 25th of December)

How big are your vans? Our vans are 3.5-tonne Luton Vans with a volume of around 22m3 with up to 700 kg payload.

Do you offer Waste Disposal services? We are a registered waste carrier; we can dispose of your unwanted items.

​

Can I book you for rubble and building waste disposal? Our removal vans must always be nice and clean; we can not load any garden or construction waste, such as plaster, rubble, bricks, stones, etc. Our sister company, "Polish Waste Movers", with specially designed tipper vans, can help.

Can I travel with your man and van? - Of course, you can; our vans are three-seaters.

​

Do you offer evening removals - We provide 24-hour removals and man and van services in London; jobs booked after 7:00 pm are charged as premium services.

What time do you usually start? Our team's starting day is around 6:15 am, so we have plenty of time to travel to you for 8:00 am.

​

Can I book the man and van later than 8:00 am? Any start times given post 8 am on the day of your removal are not guaranteed start times, as some removals have delays due to keys and access. We will keep you posted on the crew's movements and give you an estimated arrival time.

Can you guys assemble and reassemble the furniture? Yes, we do! Our team has tools on board all the time, including power drills.

​

Which areas do you cover? We cover all postcodes inside the M25 Motorway, but we are happy to travel outside the M25 (additional mileage fee applies.

Do you move gym equipment? Including Peloton and Technogym Tread? - We have a specialist-trained team for this kind of challenge; we have experience with Peloton bikes and treadmills.

Do you offer art hanging services? The Fine Art team can help with Professional Art packing, transport, and hanging services.

 

Do you collect items from Auction houses? Of course, we do; we offer collection from Bonhams, Sotheby's, Christie's and Phillips

Do you charge extra for jobs in the Congestion Charge Zone? and ULEZ? We do not charge extra for Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), but we do for CC Zone, except for removals with a fixed rate, so entry to the congestion charge zone is already included in your quotation.

What is the minimum booking with a man and van services? The minimum booking with a man and van is 2 hours; for 2 men and van it is 3 hours, and for 5 hours with 3 men and a Luton van.

What are your "Self-loading Van" services? Self-loading vans are the option to hire a van with a driver (without help). Perfect for students, builders, and people without a driving license.

Can you deliver/collect bulky items from eBay, the marketplace, or Ikea? Yes, We are happy to help with bulky parcel delivery.

​

Can I book a man without the van for an "internal move" - We do understand that you moving into the same building /or building next to it when the vehicle is not required, but unfortunately, we can not hire just manpower without a van,  we still need a van to travel to you with trolley and tools, its also your responsibility to pay any parking fee or charges.
